I bought this a gift for my girlfriend who wanted to know how to really use her camera! We were given the name of this author as a suggestion from a photographer at Disney world who said this book would teach us all we needed to know! She has learned so much from reading it and it also give you tricks and tips that you normally wouldn't know without taking a photography class! I would and do recommend these books to others wanting to learn about their cameras!
